Easter Mass Registration

In anticipation of increased attendance at Easter and in order to comply with government and archdiocesan safety guidelines regarding maximum capacity, social distancing, and contact tracing, we require registration to attend Easter Sunday Mass. No registration is required for the Easter Vigil, Holy Thursday, or Good Friday. Attendance at each of those liturgies will be available until all seats are filled.  When maximum capacity has been reached, we trust we can count on your understanding and cooperation.

Please note the Sunday/Holy Day Mass obligation remains suspended indefinitely and people who are at high-risk for severe illness from Covid-19 are encouraged to stay safer at home and participate in Mass remotely.  We will be livestreaming all of our Easter Masses on our parish website.

Please read our Mass safety protocols and follow all instructions when you come to Church including wearing a mask, maintaining social distancing at all times, and refraining from congregational singing.

NEW Outdoor Mass
Mass will be held on the ourdoor patio. Families are invited to sit outside on our patio or on the lawn for this Mass. Reservations will be required. Reservations will be in households of 1-6 people. If your household has more than 6 people, you will have to separate into two or more groups and make separate reservations using a different email address for each reservation.  Groups may be seated in different sections in the outdoor seating.

Patio seating is limited and chairs will be set up for your family. Those in the lawn seating will be assigned a block of space (up to 6 people) to stand or sit on a blanket or towel. Registering for Mass - What You Need to Know

1. Registration opens on Monday, March 15th.
2. Registration will be taken in the order they are received.
3. Registration is online through Constant Contact. If a household does not have access to the online registration system, they may call the Parish Office to make a reservation.
4. Seat reservation slots are for family households consisting of 1-3 or 4-6 household members (children 2 and under need not be included in the count). A household is defined by those living in the same home.  Only those living in the same household are allowed to sit together.  If your household has more than 6 people, you will have to separate into two or more groups and make separate reservations using a different email address for each reservation.  Groups may be seated in different areas of the church or different sections in the outdoor seating.
5. We will need the following information:  Your name, phone number, email address, number of people including yourself who will be attending, and Mass time requested.
6. If you can, please print the email reservation confirmation to show at check-in.

The Check-In Process

Arrive no later than 15 minutes before Mass time at the side entrance to the Church, the door to the far right if you are looking at the Church from the parking lot.  If you have to wait in line, please be mindful of maintaining social distancing. If someone in your family requires the use of the elevator, let the Ambassador who will be checking you in know and they will have someone meet your family member at the elevator entrance.

At your turn, show your email reservation confirmation (printed or on your phone) or give your name.

Your reservation and number of people in your group will be confirmed.

You will then be shown to your seat(s).

Before You Come to Church

Please read our Mass attendance protocols and follow all instructions when you come to Church including wearing a mask, maintain social distancing at all times and refrain from congregational singing.

If you or anyone in your household has any symptoms of illness or has been in contact with someone who has Covid-19, please do not come to church.  Stay home and join us remotely instead through our virtual Mass (all Easter Masses will be livestreamed).

If you have not made a reservation, please join us via live stream on the Parish website. In addition, we will have an Outdoor Distribution of Holy Communion at 1 pm in the parking lot.
