Preparation for the Sacraments of First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion begins in Grade 1 with the reception of First Reconciliation in the winter of Grade 2, and the reception of First Holy Communion in the spring of Grade 2.

If your child is beyond the first grade and has not participated in a preparation program, please contact the faith formation office to discuss appropriate enrollment in the program.

The completion of both the Grade 1 and the Grade 2  "Discover! Finding Faith in Life" home-based online curriculum along with the attendance of a few additional in-person gatherings (dates to be announced) ARE REQUIRED to receive the Sacraments of First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion in 2025 at St. Agatha Parish.

The Sacrament of First Holy Communion will be celebrated on Saturday, May 10, 2025, and Saturday, May 17, 2025.
