If you are getting married outside of Saint Agatha Parish, you will need to request a long-form Baptismal certificate. Long-form certificates will include all of the sacraments received according to our record books. If there are no issues with locating the records, a certificate will be mailed to the address of the church where you will be married. If your request is urgent, please call the rectory office to confirm receipt at 617-698-2439.
