The Safety and Security Committee is tasked with creating a safe and secure environment at Saint Agatha Parish while maintaining a culture that is open and welcoming.  The committee will be small enough to permit collaboration, but large enough to be inclusive. Initially, it will meet monthly, then, if possible, quarterly.  The members will include the Pastor, the Operations Manager, volunteer ushers, and representatives from the parish that may include representatives from the medical field, law enforcement, emergency medical services, fire safety, risk management, and a representative from the mental health field.  The committee will follow the framework set up by the RCAB and carry out initial assessments of the needs of our Parish and plan for ongoing assessments as the needs arise.
